ILUVM are a wholesale silver jewellery distributor trading on the internet and from a showroom based in Essex, UK. Originally started in 2003 and changing hands in September 2005. The new ownership team brings over 30 years of retail and manufacturing experience; we aim to provide excellent customer service with a personal touch. We specialise in sterling silver and cubic zirconia with rhodium plating. ILUVM offer a range of high quality silver jewellery passing on the savings associated with internet trading directly on to our trade customers primarily in the UK, but also to Europe and US etc. We pride ourselves on our good customer service and attention to our customers demands, thus being the first in the trade to offer same day dispatch of orders. All our customers are extremely important to us and we will always try to go the extra mile to provide good, efficient service.

YES! ILUVM offer a full money back guarantee to their wholesale traders. Please ensure items are returned within 7 days of delivery. Your payment will be credited back to you when all items are returned in their original packing, unworn and with out any alterations.

If an item is faulty, you can return it for either a replacement or refund. Please make sure you call or email us within 7 days. ILUVM make every effort to ensure that all goods dispatched are in excellent condition although we do advise that you check the stock carefully when you receive it for any manufacturing faults. All our items have the stone set by hand so please bare this in mind when you are checking. Should there be a problem or fault with any of our goods please return them within seven days to the following address

We will exchange, repair, or issue a credit for the faulty item at our discretion. This guarantee does not cover customer neglect or damage.
Please ensure that goods are adequately packaged when being returned. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded or special delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. Refunds can take up to 14 days for Streamline to process. Please be patient if you are waiting for a payment to be returned to your card.

Returns received after the 7 day receipt of delivery periods will be returned to you (the customer) and will not be processed. If the goods are returned to you we will charge you again for P&P. We will not accept any returns after this time

DISPATCH OF ALL ORDERS: We always aim to dispatch all stock items same day if your order is processed through the web site before 1pm with cleared payment (this is not always applicable to orders placed over the phone even if they are before 1pm). There may be the odd occasion when this may not happen due to unforeseen circumstances. If this is the case, we will always try to either send an email or a place a quick telephone call to advise you of any changes. If something is out of stock you will be advised of the expected delivery date any back orders will be notified on the packing note. Most of our items are imported so there may be a delay with customs or the ports, again we will always keep you informed and dispatch as soon as the items arrive with us.

ARRIVAL OF ALL ORDERS: All orders will require a signature and are either sent through Royal Mail or Parcelforce. We always aim to send your goods by the quickest possible delivery method but we can not be responsible for delays due to the Royal Mail / Parcelforce service. Most deliveries will be delivered to you by the next working day but during busy periods like Christmas, these deliveries may take a day or two longer. If you require guaranteed next day delivery of any order please contact us to arrange for it to be sent by special delivery (additional payment may be required). If you require a tracking number please email us to request this information from us. All goods are sent with a tracking number and all our packets require a signature upon delivery. If you are not going to be in to receive your goods please contact the sales office on 01708 402581 where goods can be re-directed to somewhere where a signature can be obtained (please note this service is not available for first time orders)

POSTAL STRIKES - Please see our home page for any information on postal strikes. Our dispatch times will be affected during any form of industrial action from Royal Mail or Parcel Force. We will update our home page in the event of any industrial action. We will also offer an alternative carrier during these times at a fixed cost to yourself. This is normally £10.

Delivery is Free within the UK for all orders over 150.00 + VAT (after any coupons if they apply)


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For international rates please contact us as there maybe duty or additional postage to pay with your order. We always try to keep these charges to a minimum. Again all stock items will be sent same day if the order is with us by 3pm with cleared payment unless we have to ship via non Royal Mail, but all orders will be shipped as soon as possible.

Our preferred contact is through e mail and we aim to respond within a few hours during business hours, but generally we will respond a lot sooner. You can telephone our office on 01708 857575 we always try to answer every call in the event we are with a customer or on another call a voicemail can be left. . If you have a problem or need an order urgently, please don't hesitate to call our mobile which is answered all hours of the day or night. We will always find the time to return calls and emails.

You can pay online through the site using any major credit or debit card. We use "Protx" who are one of the popular secure online card processing services, it is a facility run by Sage Pay and Streamline. All transaction information passed between iluvm and the Protx Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

iluvm can also take your payment from your credit or debit card details over the telephone or if you wish to pay by cheque or bankers order, then please send payment with your order to our address shown on the contact page.

Please note that we do not ship any goods until cleared payment is received.

At ILUVM we strongly believe in quality not quantity. If you are trying to register an account in an area where we are fully subscribed you will be added to our waiting list for an account. This is to prevent saturation in the market place in your region and to make sure that we only supply bona fide traders. Our online store is our catalogue. Production of glossy paper catalogues is vastly expensive and these costs would need to be absorbed into the cost of each item. With stocks changing regularly it would be highly uneconomical for you and for us. We would rather you the customers were saved from these unnecessary costs.

As a primarily internet based business we wish to pass on any savings associated with the low costs to our customers. However we do understand not everyone has the facility of surfing our pages when in their offices or shops. We can send you a CD rom of all our items past and present for you to print for your records and for you to show to your customers please request one with an order these will not be sent out to customers that have not ordered from us before (registered customers only).

We are now offering wholesale jewellery packs which are the best way to sample the quality of our jewellery first hand. Any items that you do not wish to stock are backed up by our 100% refund guarantee so you have nothing to lose by sampling the stock this way.

Yes, We now have a small wholesale jewellery showroom where we can show you all our lines and many items that are not on our web site, this is by appointment only, we do not accept cold callers. Our door will not be opened unless you have prebooked an appointment to see us. Ample coffee, tea and biscuits on offer for anyone coming to see us! Please call 01708 857575 to make that appointment. If there is something that you are looking for and can not find please ask us. We have an excellent collection of suppliers offering a variety of items that are not shown on this site, so please do not be afraid to ask for something that you may have seen else where. We have an excellent supplier of chains, some of the best in the trade and can speak to our many suppliers about creating one off items and different colour combinations or sizes. We know how demanding your customers can be and want to make sure that we help you to help your trade. There maybe minimum quantity runs from our suppliers we will endeavor to make these as small as we can for all orders. We dispatch all back ordered items as soon as they are received by us normally with in a few weeks. Some times there will be a delay with customs but we will keep you updated by email and phone so you always know what is happening. You will be advised at the time your order is confirmed if an item is on back order or not. If you can't wait we will always substitute your item as requested by you. In the event of ring sizes not being in stock we will always sent you the nearest match that we have.

The bullion price of all precious metals like any other commodity fluctuate daily and the Silver bullion price in particular has risen by over 50% this year alone. (Jan 06 to May 06)

1st Jan 2006 Silver price per ounce - $9.00
12th May 2006 Silver price per ounce - $14.26
26th Feb 2007 Silver price per ounce - $14.55
17th March 2008 Silver price per ounce $20.87
Approx 58.4% Increase in silver bullion price alone between Jan to May 06.
This is just an average fluctuation in the bullion price of silver.

The price of silver bullion has gradually increased since December 2003 with slight fluctuations, but 2006 has seen a steady rise in prices. Rhodium too has seen its price increase steadily since February 2004 with two sharp increases in July 2005 and February 2006. The price of rhodium has increased 60% to 70% in 2006 and looks set to continue rising. These increases have impacted on the cost of purchasing silver jewellery with rhodium plating from manufactures, as they increase their prices to meet the rising cost of raw materials.

Like wise the value of the pound has dropped dramatically over the last 12 Months (Sept 2009) with the pound struggling against the dollar and the Euro we do our very best at negociation. Prices will only raise when we have no other choice than to do so.

At iluvm wholesale jewellery, we try to overcome these rising prices by securing the best prices possible from our manufactures without compromising on quality and buying in bulk at the right time. The fluctuating silver price occasionally prevents iluvm from ordering when stocks are getting low so some times a line may go out of stock for a while until the silver price is more favourable. This keeps our prices low, as we know no one likes a price increase. We try very hard to give our customers the best possible deal on pricing and If you are considering placing a bulk order (over £1000) please contact us as we may be able to do special deals on bulk orders.

(Internet Explorer 6) Start > Control Panel > Internet Options

This open's the "Internet Properties" menu window.
Click the "Delete Cookies" button and click "OK" in pop up window.

Click the "Delete Files" button > check the "delete all offline content" box > click "OK" in pop up window.

Click the "Clear History" button and click "OK" in pop up window.

This may take a while if you have never cleaned your internet clutter before.

Click the "Security" tab on the top of "Internet Properties" menu.

Click the "Default" button to reset your browser security to the medium level.

Click the "Privacy" tab on the top of "Internet Properties" menu.

Click the "Default" button to reset your browser security to the medium level.
